What I do at Tillo

As Head of Account Management, I'm responsible for the retention of clients and driving revenue for the business. A key part of my role is supporting the team and ensuring we align and meet the business goals and objectives.

I've been at Tillo over 3 years now and it has been an incredible journey. The companies trust in their employees is second to none and it has been exciting to see how much Tillo has grown since I started and it feels like the journey has only just begun! 

As a manager, I do by upmost to support the team and enjoy watching them grow to strength to strength. Building strong foundations within the team I feel is extremely important and will always ensure I set time aside to check in on both a personal level as well as a professional level.

Who am I?

I've worked in SaaS for the majority of my career and have always been client facing. I'm passionate about building long lasting relationships with clients and ensuring that they are able to trust the service they are being provided in order to drive revenue and opportunities.
