Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Screening interview
A 30 minute call with Sara, Talent Manager, to give you more information on the role and Tillo. To prepare for this stage, please do some research on us and have some questions ready so you can ensure you get the most out of the meeting!
- Stage 2
Tech Test
You will complete an online technical test so show off your skills in Python. This is a take home test that should last a maximum of two hours, but is likely to be less.
- Stage 3
First stage interview
You'll meet with 2 members of our Engineering Team to discuss your suitability for this position in detail. During this meeting we want to find out why your experience makes you a great fit for this role, to prepare please think of some relevant examples to share with us!
- Stage 4
Final stage interview
You'll join us in our Hove office to see where and how we work at Tillo. This will be the final stage of the process, where you'll meet with David, CTO & another member of the Engineering team. David will want to find out more about you, and why you are interested in this position, he will also discuss your technical test approach. To prepare please revisit the job description, and have some good examples of your experience ready.
As this is the last stage, make sure you ask us any final questions you may have!
