Stage 1

Screening interview

A 30 minute video call with our Talent Manager, Sara to give you more information on the role and Tillo. To prepare for this stage, please do some research on us and have some questions ready so you can ensure you get the most out of the meeting!

Stage 2

Technical interview

You'll meet with our Platform Manager - Damir, Platform Engineer - Jed & .Net Engineer - Wasim at our Hove office. This will be a technical interview in which the team will talk you through a technical problem, to show your approach to problem solving, technical abilities & decision making skills.

Stage 3

Final interview

You'll meet with our CTO - David, Head of Engineering, Jai & Project Manager - Ana to talk through your experience in more detail to better understand your approach to this role, working within our team and potential to develop in the role.
