Stage 1

Screening interview

A 30 minute video call with a member of our People team to give you more information on the role and Tillo. To prepare for this stage, please do some research on us and have some questions ready so you can ensure you get the most out of the meeting!

Stage 2

Tech test

You will complete an online technical test so show off your skills in PHP. This is a take home test that should last a maximum of two hours, but is likely to be less.

Stage 3

First stage interview

You'll meet with the hiring manager to discuss your suitability for this position in detail. During this meeting we want to find out why your experience makes you a great fit for this role, to prepare please think of some relevant examples to share with us!

Stage 4

Final interview

You'll join us in our Hove office to see where and how we work at Tillo. This will be the final stage of the process, where you'll meet with the hiring team. You'll present on a task given prior to the interview to show the team your approach and abilities, followed by a discussion with the team.
