Stage 1

Screening interview

A 30 minute video call with our Talent Manager, Sara to give you more information on the role and Tillo. To prepare for this stage, please do some research on us and have some questions ready so you can ensure you get the most out of the meeting!
Stage 2

Technical interview

You'll join us at our Hove office to complete a technical assessment with our CTO, David & Platform Manager, Damir. This stage aims to assess your problem solving ability, technical skills and ways of working.
Stage 3

Final interview

You'll meet with our COO, Martyn & Head of Engineering, Jai to discuss high level technical experience, alignment to our values and ways of working.
